1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AutomaticBoost.com and placing an order, the client expressly declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full. Proceeding with a purchase automatically binds the client to these Terms. Lack of knowledge or review of these Terms does not exempt the client from compliance.
2. Nature of Services
- AutomaticBoost.com provides promotional services only.
- Likes, automatic likes, and views delivered are real accounts as indicated by our service system, but they are exclusively for marketing purposes and do not imply engagement, activity, or permanence.
- The behavior, permanence, and interaction of these accounts cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond the control of AutomaticBoost.com.
- Drops, variations in delivery speed, or differences in engagement do not qualify as a failure of the service.
3. Providers & Delivery
- A service is considered successfully delivered once the ordered quantity has been reached on the client’s account, regardless of any subsequent drops.
- Drops (loss of likes, views, etc.) do not qualify for a refund, as they are a normal and expected consequence of:
• user actions (e.g., removing likes manually),
• account deletions,
• platform suspensions,
• or system updates by Instagram or other social networks. - These actions are completely outside the control of AutomaticBoost.com, and therefore AutomaticBoost.com cannot be held responsible for them.
- Delivery times displayed on AutomaticBoost.com are estimates of service initiation only. Final completion times depend exclusively on the type of service, system load, and provider availability, and therefore cannot be guaranteed by AutomaticBoost.com.
- A delay of up to 1 hour for Automatic Likes initiation and up to 12 hours for other services does not qualify for a refund, dispute, or cancellation, as this is outside the control of AutomaticBoost.com.
- The speed of delivery (e.g., how fast likes are added to a post) is not controlled by AutomaticBoost.com. Variations in delivery speed do not constitute a service failure and cannot be grounds for claims, refunds, or disputes.
- Delivery delays do not entitle the client to any refund or compensation, except in cases of total non-delivery, as defined in Section 5.
4. Payments & Pricing
By purchasing, the client confirms:
- They fully understand the service purchased.
- They are authorized to use the payment method.
- They will not request chargebacks or disputes before contacting AutomaticBoost.com support.
- Any unauthorized chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Price Adjustments
- AutomaticBoost.com reserves the right to update or modify service prices at any time, without prior notice.
- Price adjustments may occur due to changes in provider costs, quality improvements, or system performance.
- Clients acknowledge and accept that price changes are valid and applicable to all future orders at the moment they are placed.
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
- Non-delivery – the service was never started or delivered.
- Incomplete delivery – the final number delivered is clearly and substantially lower than the quantity purchased (for example, if less than 80% of the order was delivered). In this case, a proportional refund may apply.
Refunds cannot be requested for:
- Drops after delivery,
- Variations in engagement,
- Delivery speed,
- Or any issues outside the specific cases listed above.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. This period refers strictly to initial delivery issues. After this period, delivery is considered accepted and final.
By accepting these Terms at the time of purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees that they fully understand and accept the possibility of drops, and therefore waives any right to request refunds, refills, or claims outside the defined guarantee period.
6. Retention Guarantee and Pack Expiration
- Likes and Views: 30 days refill guarantee from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
- Claims submitted after the 30-day guarantee period will not be accepted under any circumstance. No refills, refunds, or adjustments will be provided once this period has expired.
- Automatic Likes: refills are provided under the same 30-day guarantee, but delays in initiation or variations in speed are not covered as a service failure.
Pack Expiration
- Automatic Likes packs expire under the following conditions, whichever comes first:
• When the total number of posts included in the pack has been completed (30 posts per individual pack).
• Or 30 days after the date of purchase of the pack. - Once either of these conditions is met, the pack is automatically considered completed and closed, even if the 30 posts have not been fully covered.
- Clients acknowledge and accept that no claims, refunds, or extensions will be possible once a pack has expired under these terms.
7. Claims & Deadlines
- All claims must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period.
- Once the period has expired, the order is automatically considered complete and closed.
- Closed orders cannot be reopened, even if drops occur afterward.
8. Liabilities
- AutomaticBoost.com is not responsible for account suspensions, penalties, bans, or restrictions applied by Instagram or any other platform.
- Clients are solely responsible for how they use AutomaticBoost.com services.
- AutomaticBoost.com shall not be liable for reputational, business, or personal damages resulting from the use of its services.
- Use of our services is 100% at the client’s own risk.
- AutomaticBoost.com will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Compliance)
In accordance with European consumer law, digital services are normally subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- Once the order has been placed and the service has started, no cancellation, refund, or withdrawal will be possible under any circumstance, except in the specific cases provided for in Section 5 of these Terms (non-delivery or incomplete delivery).
- All services offered by AutomaticBoost.com are digital services executed automatically and immediately after purchase.
- By placing an order, the client gives prior express consent to the immediate execution of the service.
- The client further expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by Directive (EU) 2011/83 and applicable e-commerce legislation.
10. Regulatory Compliance and Payment Limitations
In full compliance with international payment regulations and the requirements of global card networks, we strictly adhere to all applicable financial and regulatory frameworks. As a result, certain payment methods or transactions may be unavailable in specific jurisdictions.
In particular, transactions made with U.S.-issued cards or originating from the United States are currently not supported due to regulatory restrictions affecting payment providers and social network growth services.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that such restrictions may apply, and that we are not liable for any inability to process payments, declined transactions, or service unavailability resulting from compliance with applicable laws or third-party payment network requirements.
We fully comply with all applicable laws and regulatory frameworks established by payment providers and authorities, ensuring that our operations remain aligned with international compliance standards.
11. Final Agreement
By completing a purchase, the client expressly and irrevocably agrees:
- That no indefinite retention or refill is offered under any circumstance.
- That they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
- That they cannot request refills, refunds, or claims outside the specified conditions.
- That they waive any right to challenge these Terms in the future.
- Each new update of these Terms of Service automatically supersedes and replaces all previous versions, with the version published on AutomaticBoost.com at the time of purchase being the only valid and applicable one.
